Carolina Quiroga is a storyteller and performer, and a proud immigrant from Colombia. She came to the U.S. for grad school and stayed for love, biscuits, and the endless stream of mispronunciations of her name. For the past twelve years, she has shared stories across the country as a professional storyteller and teaching artist, leading school residencies that blend storytelling, puppetry, and creative writing.
Her work weaves together personal chaos, cultural collisions, and the kind of heart that comes from building a life far from home. She tells stories in English, Spanish, and sometimes both at once—depending on the audience’s stamina. Whether she’s on stage, in a classroom, or outside with a flashlight under her chin, she aims to make audiences laugh, feel, and perhaps see their own stories a little differently.
Carolina is also an Inward and Artward Creative Facilitator, helping others explore personal and communal transformation through myth, imagination, and creative play.
