Some people pick up a new hobby in retirement—Chuck Fink found a calling. At 64, he dove headfirst into the world of storytelling, captivating audiences with personal tales filled with humor, drama, and heartfelt truth. But his legacy extends beyond the stage—Chuck has created 22 men’s groups, providing a space for aging and retired men to share, connect, and grow. A dedicated member of the storytelling community, he has served as Past President of The Asheville Storytelling Circle.
Chuck produces storytelling shows at The Story Parlor, and at The Weaverville Community Center. With every story, Chuck reminds us that it’s never too late to find your voice.
