Dear Colleague,
Thank you for your timely request for a grant for your upcoming program. The ASC is committed to supporting our colleagues in the oral tradition whenever it is feasible and prudent. Our funds are generated by the diligent efforts of our members so we try to support groups whose missions match those of our circle and who are diligent about recognizing ASC as a sponsor.
We want to assure you that we will do our best to meet your request and in turn we need to be assured that you will honor our request to acknowledge our sponsorship in all ways that are available to you, both in literature and verbally at your programs. If we do not receive appropriate acknowledgement we will have to refuse any future requests for funds for your group.
Please complete the grant application (download below) and email it to president@ashevillestorytellingcircle.org. We also require that you send printed materials and a completed Event Report (download below) within 60 days after the close of your program to our treasurer: Charlie St. Clair, 14 Ellenwood Dr., Asheville, NC 28804
